2009 IEEE International Conference on Multimedia Information

Networking and Security (MINES 2009)

Introduction
With the development of the multimedia and network technology, the dependence of modern economy on multimedia information network increases day by day. The continuous improvement and updating of the computer hardware and software platform being used, the multimedia was used widely. As an important guarantee for economic development, the multimedia information networking and security technology attains more and more attention from many groups, such as many expects, academics in various countries around the world as well as industrial circles. The first “2009 International Conference on Multimedia Information Networking and Security” (IEEE MINES 2009), which organized by the association of Wuhan University, National Natural Foundation, Wuhan branch of IEEE and Tainan branch of IEEE Signal Processing Society, will be hold in Wuhan which leading the rise in the central cities from Nov. 18 to Nov.20, 2009.
The purpose of the conference focuses on the multimedia information network and security in the forefront of the field of science and the key technology of industry, and grasps the trend of the future development. The conference is also an international academic event which carried out from several point of the domain of multimedia information network and security. The current conference will further increase the academic exchange and engineering application in the domain of international multimedia information network and security, and also improve the exchange and cooperation between domestic researchers and the worldwide researchers. Several IEEE FELLOWs are invited to undertake the chairmen of the conference. Then, some well known professors in various universities (such as Wuhan University, Tsinghua University, Peking University, Third Department of Headquarters of the General Staff, Beijing University of Posts and Telecommunications, PLA Information Engineering University, Fudan University, Shanghai Jiaotong University, Huazhong University of Science and Technology and so on), some worldwide prominent academics in this domain (such as several editors of SCI including IEEE Transaction, several chairmen of the Technical Committee of IEEE Communications and security, IEEE communication society and multimedia communication and so on), some economic financial experts, domestic and foreign investors and entrepreneurs will attend the conference, and discuss the opportunities and challenges of the domain of current multimedia information network and security.
In order to show the achievements of domestic and foreign multimedia information network and security in recent years, and improve the harmonious development between the companies and the multimedia information network and security technology, and create a high level and quality academic conference based on the combination of the academy and practicality with the support of international platform, the Organizing Committee of the conference determines to hold an exhibition of the multimedia information network and security technology at the same time of the conference. Details of Exhibition booth
We arrange 12 booths for exhibit. All booths located around the primary conference hall and surround the branched conference hall (the area is 3×2m).
Notice
The principle of the arrangement of the exhibition is “first application, first payment, then first arrangement”, in other words, the enterprise that apply and pay for the exhibit early will be arranged earlier. The Organizing Committee has the right to adjust the arrangement.
If the enterprise need the special clothes, please apply beforehand and fill in the application form.
During the exhibition, the enterprise can not withdraw the exhibition booth or lease the booth to other enterprises, and the enterprise can only publicize and exhibit the products which belong to the enterprise, but not to other enterprises.
The expense of other equipments that the enterprise used in the exhibition should be paid by the exhibitor, and wrote them in the application form.
Every standard booth will freely attain 2 badges that used for identify the identity, and a piece of booklet which contains the details of the conference (such as the process of the conference, the content of the conference etc.). Additional persons who attend the exhibition should pay for the additional badges.
The enterprises should arrange the accommodation themselves. However, the enterprises can also order the room through the meeting affairs group, and enjoy a low price of the room.
During the conference, the exhibited product must be subject to the approval of the Organizing Committee. Every enterprise should placard the poster and exhibit the products according to the requirements. With out the permission of the Organizing Committee, the enterprise can not placard the poster, or holds the meeting for distribute new product, or other propaganda.

Process of the Participation

If your company decides to take part in the exhibition, please write the application form seriously and affix your company official stamp on it, then post the application form and the copy of your company’s business license to the assignable contact person of the conference before September 30 through post office, fax, or EMIAL . The Organizing Committee of the conference will send a letter to confirm the remittance and arrange the exhibition booths in the in mid-October.
